Shipping policy

Shipping Area
We currently ship to customers within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Method
We ship all parcels with express 1–2 day delivery. As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all orders no minimum spend required.

Delivery Time
Most UK orders arrive within 1–2 working days after dispatch. Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues or peak periods (e.g. holidays, weather disruptions).

Missed Delivery or Address Errors
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If your parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or failure to collect from the courier, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within 5 working days from dispatch, please contact us at orders@spinecushion.com with your order number. We'll be happy to investigate and help resolve the issue promptly.
